How to Use
- Export from CRM: Export your customer data from your proprietary CRM system as a CSV file. Include columns for Email (required), First Name, Last Name, Phone, and SMS Opt-In status.
- Upload CSV: Click the upload button above and select your CSV file. The system will automatically parse and validate the data.
- Automatic Sync: The system will check each email against existing Mailchimp subscribers, add new contacts, and update existing ones if data has changed.
- Review Results: After processing, you'll see a summary showing how many contacts were added, updated, or skipped (duplicates).
- Weekly Workflow: Repeat this process weekly by exporting fresh data from your CRM. The system tracks all synced contacts to prevent duplicates.
